We are a rapidly growing family-owned, family-led business that exists to make our customers’ lives easier.

Based in York and Keighley, we supply your favourite restaurants, your local schools, your office cleaners, as well as thousands of other workplaces and venues across the North. In fact, you are usually never further than 100 yards away from one of our customers.

We sell things that everyone needs, including 100s of millions of recycled hand towels a year, several Olympic swimming pools worth of soap and enough coffee cups to keep the entire population of Leeds caffeinated. We’ve been doing this successfully since 1999.

While we have a passion for mops, toilet tissue and catering foil, we understand that to you these are just to-do-list items that need ordering. Let’s be honest no one looks forward to ordering toilet rolls for the office.

So, we do our best to make the whole process as easy as possible. Our product experts will make sure you’re using the right item for the intended job, we’ll take your order via email, telephone, online, voicemail or walk-in (sorry, we draw the line at carrier pigeon).

We’ll deliver your order on one of our vans within 48 hours (usually sooner), and our helpful drivers will even put it away in your store cupboard. Our delivery service is free by the way. We also keep invoicing simple and accept a range of payment methods.

Should something go wrong – we’re very good, but we’re not perfect – we promise that during work hours you will always be able to speak to a human being on the phone. We usually answer within seven seconds, so no long hold queues here. If you’d prefer to email your query, we’ll do our best to respond within the hour.
